We would like your first order to be the start of a long-term relationship with us! If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, contact our customer service team to discuss your concerns. Our promise to you is to dispatch your trophies and awards within a week of placement of your order. Please be aware, custom orders will require additional time to process, but we will maintain transparency in our communications to ensure you know the status of your order every step of the way. Note: custom order timelines will depend upon the size of the order and the need for special pieces. Please contact our customer service team with questions, and to discuss pricing options before placing your order, if delivery time is a concern.
We offer a menu of delivery options for every budget, ranging from our Standard Freight price, which guarantees dispatch within seven working days, to Red Hot Freight, which guarantees dispatch within five working days (additional fees will be incurred). Large orders over $1000.00 will receive complimentary delivery.
You can track your order via our Retrieve Order Tracking Form. Simply enter your email address, order ID, and order ship postcode, and you will be able to follow the progress of your order’s delivery every step of the way.
We keep our manufacturing process local. This decreases the cost of production and distribution, which is reflected in the lower cost of our products. In keeping with our core value of transparency, those products we cannot produce on-site are obtained from companies that meet our stringent standards. By reducing automation, keeping jobs local, and offering competitive pay rates, we ensure our products are made ethically and humanely.
